Returns and Refunds
There are no returns or refunds for items purchased. Exchanges are permitted under certain circumstances. See Exchanges below for more information.
Under what circumstances can I exchange a product?
- You ordered an item from the website and it is the wrong size (and it is NOT a custom order)
- You ordered an item and did not like it
- The item you ordered was broken when you received it.
Customers are limited to 1 exchange per product.
What is the exchange process?
If you would like to exchange a product, please complete the Contact Form
requesting an exchange. Please include the Order Number
you received in your Order Confirmation email. If you are exchanging your item for a different product, please include the Item Number
of the new item.
In order to exchange your item for a different product, you are responsible for paying any additional cost due to price differences. If the price of the new product is lower, you will receive a refund for the difference in prices.
Exchanges must be made within 10 business days of receipt.
Once we have received your exchange request, you will receive an approval email with instructions for shipping the item and paying any additional fees.
How do I ship a product back for an exchange?
Once we have received your exchange request, we will email you the return shipping address to send your product. The product MUST be shipped with the following:
- Tracking Number
Please email us the tracking number once you have shipped your product. Once we have received the original product, we will ship your replacement item. Postage for returning the original product is to be paid by the customer.
