What is a custom order?
Custom orders are any of the following:
- You like a product but want it in a different size/length
- You like a product but want it with different colors, gems, beads, and/or metals
- You want something made similar to an existing product (maybe a combination of two products)
How do I custom order a product?
To custom order a product, simply complete our
Contact Form. Please describe the custom order and include the
Item #s of any products that you refer to. The Item # can be found on the product details page. Once we have received your request, we will send you a price quote for the custom order.
Full payment must be made for all custom orders before they will be fulfilled.
Can I exchange/return a custom order?
No. Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged when they are received.
Pricing
The pricing of custom orders will vary depending on the order. We will send you a price quote after receiving your custom order.
Shipping
Custom orders may take up to 8 weeks to ship depending on the complexity of the order. Please contact us for specific details.
